About Us
Princeton by the Sea is a small subdivision of 227 homes. Built in the late 60s and early 70s, this community has continued to have a Homeowners' Association (Improvement Association) with a governing board of volunteers. The assessments are small and maintain the park and provide necessary insurance. We schedule a few social events each year including music in the park, an easter egg hunt and more.
